Dolce & Gabbana does not care if you are a veteran or new customer. When there are money involved, they will treat you miserably and falsely accuse of things just to get your money. After 5 years with them, they refused my return and forced me to accept an order claiming that i`ve sent the products back without tags. They also said they took this action because it happened with me in the past but they didn`t said anything about it. After 1 week of emails (with no answer from them) to show me proof that i did something wrong in the past they came back with a last email that it has nothing to do with my past it is just that Dolce & Gabbana does not accept the products returned without tags. Forgot to mention that "returned without tags" is just a false accusation. The products were either sent without tags in the first place or they were cut down by the Dolce & Gabbana STORE to force me accept the products. When i received the products the first time, they were each in their original sealed bag. Now after they refused my return, they sent the products back in a cheap box and both products in a bag like trash. A disgrace for Dolce & Gabbana and their STORE for recurring to these tactics. I have never thought they will do such things.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Always had good experiences in the boutiques but do NOT in any circumstances order from the online store! Their customer service is almost comically bad.
Received an item that was (1) a completely different color than what was shown on the website (2) an incorrect amount tax applied to the order (like, a suspiciously incorrect amount....) which they refused to refund upon return of the wrong-colored item.
Upon contacting them, their solution to these two issues were: (1) sometimes the photos on the website don't match reality, you should just expect this (2) if you'd like to hire a lawyer to look into the tax issue you are welcome to do so.
This is not a joke - I have the receipts. Astonishing. How is any of this legal!?

I never received my package, 1000 EUR lost. No customer service.

I never received my package. After 10 weeks of communication with the team still no refund - 1000 EUR just gone like that. I will now have to hire a lawyer. This is really the worst service ever and I would recommend everyone to never ever buy from them.

Despite me persistently asking this…

Despite me persistently asking this company to unsubscribe me, I keep emailing them asking them to stop sending me emails. But they continue to send me emails, when are you going to stop these emails. I will not buy your products. I just delete the emails so you will not achieve anything by sending these emails to me. No wonder your reviews on trust pilot are terrible , because you don't listen to what people want

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this company for three months, and I continue to receive emails. Despite me sending several emails I've said that I do not buy your clothing range, because they are far too expensive. Can you please remove me from your mailing list, because i will not purchase any of your products This is my last resort.

The worst luxury brand

The worst luxury brand. I ordered a $130 face mask. The elastic goes around the left ear broke when I tried to use it for the first time ever. I contacted customer service. It took them 10 days to reply that they were ok for me to return the mask. I was advised that if I wanted another one, I’d pay for another one. I would end up paying twice for a junk face mask before getting the refund.
I shipped the item back to them and the courier said that the business was closed and they would not make a delivery attempt. I am not sure what is going on.
Paying over price for a face mask to get the first class service is ending up getting the 100th class service from this brand.

Dolce and Gabana Light Blue is my favorite perfume for 6 years now. I have been using it ever since. I love the scent, although the price is really expensive. But it is worth it. Super loved it!
